  2. Préparer votre bouillon de légumes ou pour gagner du temps, ajouter 2 cubes de bouillon dans 1 litre d'eau chaude.
  3. Dans un wok ou une grande poêle, 1 filet d'huile, ajouter le demi oignon coupé, quand les oignons seront translucides verser le riz, melanger et faites-le toaster quelques minutes.
  4. Après ce temps déglacer avec le vin blanc, quand il est évaporé, verser un peu à la fois le bouillon, dès que le riz absorbe le bouillon en ajouter, réitérer.
    Cuisson +/- 25 min
    (Pas besoin de saler, le bouillon est déjà salé)
  5. 5 min avant la fin de cuisson verser le parmesan, mélanger, ajouter les champignons cuits mélanger, rectifier l'assaisonnement si besoin.
    Cuisson encore quelques minutes.
